To all who mourn in Israel, he will give a crown of beauty for ashes, a joyous blessing instead of mourning, festive praise instead of despair. In their righteousness, they will be like great oaks that the LORD has planted for his own glory. (Isaiah 61:3)
Beauty is where you find it- keep watch…

Yesterday we focused on adjusting our perspective to bloom where we’re planted. Now that we’re here, look around and find the beauty that God has promised. God promises to comfort us, to meet us right where we are and comfort us. He promises to exchange a crown of beauty for our ashes. He promises to strengthen us, to build us up like a great Oak- solid and steadfast.
Keep watch for the beauty that He sprinkles in your path everyday- in the reflection of the stars, in the color of the hummingbird and butterfly, and in the blossoms amidst the rocks and fields. Let is reassure you that He is comforting you and building you up!
